All about our curries
Our dishes are fresh products that must be kept refrigerated. They can be kept in the fridge at +7° for at least 14-21 days. You can find the exact best-before date on the packaging. If you are not immediately hungry for our delicious curries, you can simply freeze the sous-vide bags in the freezer. Frozen, they can be kept for at least 200 days without any loss of quality.
Preparation in the microwave (3-4 min)
Poke about 5 holes in each sous vide bag. Then heat the bags for 4 Poke

Preparation in a water bath (15 min)
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Reduce the heat. Put both sous-vide pouches in and heat just below boiling point (water must not boil) for about 15 min. Then remove and cut open at the long side. Then carefully turn out the contents onto a plate or - typically Indian - into two bowls. Enjai! > VIDEO
Preparation of frozen product
If you have frozen the pouches, the preparation time is extended by 4 minutes in the microwave and 10 minutes in a water bath. More tips on this in the video -> VIDEO
The meat for our chicken dishes comes from regional farms in Belgium, Northern France and the Netherlands.
No, both the Beluga lentils and the chickpeas come from our French neighbours.
Order, payment and delivery
The minimum order quantity for shipping is 4 dishes. However, we are currently running a trial campaign so that we can ship as few as 2 dishes.
Since our goods must be refrigerated, we do not ship to packing stations.
You can fill out a drop-off permit on the DPD website and have it delivered to your neighbour, for example. You just need to let them know about it.
At the moment, we only deliver in Germany. But we are working on changing that.
Yes, you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

Yes, but only in Germany right now. We have started selling in the first test stores in the Rhineland and will gradually expand our sales area. You can currently purchse our JaiJai products us in the following stores:
